In 2001 he showed 48 wins to 13 losses again became eighth for «most wins of the year» and fifth for «most games played»
In 2001 he got 3rd place in the 35th Throne Cup. Also earned the 3rd place in the 1st Korean Rookiesвe Victories. In 2002 shared 3rd place in the 12th Korean BC Card Cup. In 2003 represented Korea in the 8th LG World Go Championship and took 4th place in the 7th Korean Fresh Best 10. In that year he shared the 3rd place in the 13th Korean BC Card Cup In 2004 won 2nd place in the 8th Korean Fresh Best 10 tournament after losing to Park Cheongsang, 4–dan (9–dan now) with 1–2 score in the final match.
In 2008 played in the semifinal of the 5th Electric Land Cup. (middle age division ).
In 2009 was promoted to 8p

Romanian Champion 1996, 2000, 2001,2002,2005 and 2006 (the most important Go tournament in Romania), won Romanian Cup several times
In international tournaments Cristian got 5th place at the World Amateur Go Championship in Saporo in 1997. In the 2002 WAGC he managed to take the 6th place.
In 2007, in Tokyo Pop took 4-th place at the 28-th WAGC.
He got second place at the Ing Cup in 1997 and 2001,and first place in 2003 and second place at the Fujitsu Final in 1997 and 2002 . Also won several Grand Prix tournaments in Europe
Insei League main teacher for many months straight.
